Referrers might be yourself, a friend, relative, carer, Social Services, a solicitor, GP, a support agency, a landlord, or anyone else concerned about the welfare of a client or customer. You may be asked details of your involvement and can explain if you wish to remain anonymous.

You can give as much or as little information as you are comfortable with. If we cannot help, we will always try to point you in the direction of someone who can.
