- Following a referral to Money Guardians we will arrange a FREE appointment either at the MACS office, at your home or in another place (for example a day-centre or solicitors’ office).
- A Money Guardians representative will explain at the meeting what Money Guardians can offer and what the cost of the service is likely to be.
- We will also explore whether the same service could be accessed for free under one of MACS funded contracts.
- Any charges for work will be explained and agreed with you beforehand. You will be free to cancel the service at any time.
- We will start working with you as soon as possible.
